i want to hear about different games! kabuki clash,WHP,ninja combat!

all i ever hear about is samurai showdown, metal slug, KOF, MOTW, and last blade.

i know we all love these games. there all top quality. but for once i would like to hear about some of the games i never hear about.

kabuki clash, double dragon, world heroes perfect, gan gan, and every other great game no one ever talks about!

i personally have never played these games and i really want all of them. so some feedback would be great!

so everyone should just let everyone know what those great games are that they don't hear about every day on these forums!

yeah, i have played blazing star, nam, and magician lord is the reason i bought a neo system in the first place. those games are great! blazing star has to be the best shooter i have ever played! and i have played all the really rare turbo grafx ones.

Yeah we need to speak more of awesome games like Legend of Succesor Joe and make a contest where we offer up a KOF 2003 cart for anyone who actually sat through the whole game and didn't stab themselves half to death with a spoon.

See, i dont even think of these games till you all mention them. I have played all those except for ninja commando and aero fighters 2. Anybody who has not played baseball stars 2 needs to go pick that one up! I would go as far as to say it is the best sports games ever!

Aero fighters 3 and strikers are also excellent games. expecially striker. but they are no blazing star. but sometimes you need a break from the same old horizontal shooter.

League bowling i always thought was very easy. but still a decent game.

I wish i knew a little more about ninja commando. I always hear it's horrible, but it looks like my kinda game.

I would also like a little more info on the top hunter and the 2 shock troopers games. these games have always caught my eye.

What about Matrimelee, Nightmare in the dark, Stakes winner 2, mutation nation, kizuna encounter, prehistoric isle 2, breakers, and breakers revenge. would you all say these are worth buying?

Another game i forgot to mention that i think is great is Miracle Adventure. I think it is an excellent game!

I just got Matrimelee and I must admit the game is fun as hell to play. The music and some of the things you can do in the game makes the game really enjoyable.

did you get the homecart or the mvs?

i have heard the mvs version sucks, even with the unibios chip installed.

whats the deal with that?

...don't give a fuck what anyone else says I'll REPRESENT for the following games:

The Super Spy
Ninja Combat
Cyber Lip
Ghost Pilots
League Bowling
Ganryu

compared to the later games that came out on the NEO:GEO, yeah I guess they would suck, but it doesn't make them bad games. I still love to play through Ninja Combat from time to time (currently looking over an MVS Cart of this too), and Ghost Pilots is one of my fave WWII SHOOTERs ever made, though it lacks the bells & whitsles of stuff like Striker 1945 Plus and Sonic Wings 3. So you're not alone in liking/loving the older titles and you're right, they don't get much love... but as long as we know their fun to play that's all that matters. :cool:

A friend of mine had Matrimelee and that game is over-the-top craziness. Very fun to play, and the game has mulitple enjoyable aspects to it as a whole. The entire soundtrack and sound effects in general are a riot. Definately pushes the NEO into another dimension.

Kabuki Klash isn't that bad of a game as a whole. It's got some cool looking anime style art that's somewhat appealing. I've played through it a few times, but, then again, I also don't personally own this one for my system. I wouldn't call it a bad game by any means.

I got the homecart while Neo Store had on sale. I don't know anything about the mvs version but I'm really liking this game. You don't have to get serious to play this unlike KoF's and Samurai's, you can just play by yourself and laugh at the crazy stuff in the game.
