CPS2 scrambled graphics help.

Ok, well my darkstalkers + CPS2 A board arrived today, I plugged it into the harness, and flicked it on, but what is on the screen, only scrambled graphics. If you insert credits and stuff you can kind of see your person walking, but you cannot till what is happening at all. I dont know if its a problem with my cabinet, or the CPS2
the neo-geo worked fine before.

screen size was off to much I guess, adjusted it to be smaller and works now. Wonder why the CPS2 didnt like it, but the Neo-Geo didnt care...
