I gave hime more than a week to get a refund but not even a reply to my pm's or email, today again he told me to send the stuff I bough first....
And that I must follow his terms.....
total BS.......

Only ONE game was near mint (kof2k2)
the rest were gamers condition...Ok condition.
scratches on the cds and cases.
And no MvC 1 or 2...
Everything smell like cigarete smoke.....
and the controllers had no box and were in poor condition as well as the system it self.....
Really poor package as well, all cd's were loose some even had the center that holds them broken...
But cases it's not a big deal, it's the game some are in really bad shape, I doubt that they'll even boot...

All I want it my money back, for not gettting what I was promise...
I will be happy to send the stuff back once payment is received...

Before you buy something from this seller, make sure you get what you paid for first, before you even pay.....

You origininally wanted a select few games like King of Fighters 2001 and 2002. Now you want you money back, only 2/3's of the total cost minus main selling points the package. Regarding MvC 1 & 2, I don't have them, you dont have them. I'm willing to refund you for that. But regarding a refund, I will only refund when the entire package is shipped back to me. I know I'm a good seller and I have nothing to hide.

Why are you giving Vic a hard time? You should ship first, since you have less references than him on these forums. He's not going to keep your shit.

I allready have a brand new 2k1, but that's not the point..
I email you about the complete package and work the deal out with you.....Go back to your original post, and look at mine, i ask about the entire package, and if you don't have does PM's just let me know and i'll be happy to forward them back..

Why do i need to send the package back before i get a refund, when it was you that mess up the deal and not me, if you would had stated the condition of the package correct in the first place, trust me, i would had never bought that package, i bough it cause i'm looking for complete Mint package to start a collection, not something old and in really bad shape....

NeoGeo2k2 is an excellent guy to deal with, and a terrific buyer.

Common decency says that Omegagouki should refund him first - if a buyer isn't satisfied with the represented condition of something, it's the seller's responsibility to make it right. Do the right thing and refund the man.

Agreed. He was very easy to work with on our deals. The seller should have no fear about him keeping the package after the refund has been made. That's simply not going to happen.

The seller needs to do the right thing and make a refund at this point.

I did paid for everything, because i wanted the boxes and all, and all i got was an old box for the system and the poor condition controlelrs loose inside the box...
But yet you still charge me $20 for shipping, when you shipped it like Sh*** and you used regular mail.....which show $10 for the shipping, but that's beyond the point...

Point is that you say you were selling me a system with some mint games, and what i got was some really bad shape games and all in poor/gamers condition....How can you miss that?

Sigh, I've dealt with such assholes before. Not on here though. Thankfully. They would be shamed out of selling existence on these boards.

The funny thing is I don't even have the balls to list anything as mint no matter how much confidence I have. Here he comes listing all his games mint/complete.

Hmmm...I sent this guy $1450US a week ago for an AES package deal we organised.If I knew he was involved in this I would not have that is for sure.

Firstly it was supposed to be sent via EMS.However the EMS number he has provided me reads "Online tracking was not purchased for this item" Now the last time I checked EMS shipping HAD ONLINE TRACKING.

After saying he would get back to me I waited 2 days and then got back to him.He just got back to me saying he would scan in the slip as proof of shipment.Well we will see about that.The last time he said he would get back to me I had to wait until I contacted him again.

...and I am worried now that even if I get my carts they will be in shitty condition.Wheras the majority of them he decribed as mint.

He has also now refuseed to scan a photocopy of his postage receipt which he origianlly said he would send. Ever since I told him I wanted a refund I have not heard from him/

I paid him $20.00 for a memory card well over a month ago and I still havent got it (Don't think I will either). He won't answer my pm's either. A real fucko if you ask me. I hope my bad karma ends here with a cheap memory card instead of a pricy home cart.

Always make a thread asking about a seller before going along with a sale. If he's dealt with other people ask them for more info about how the deal went. I don't deal with nobodies. You shouldn't either, unless you are absolutely sure you can part with that money and not miss it.
