I've found some neo geo aes games for a good price 25.00. But here's the problem the person selling them doesn't have an aes system so the seller doesn't know if they work. I personaly don't have the money to buy them if they don't work. What do you think?

If I may paraphrase the wise words of Inspector Harry Callahan:

"I know what you're thinking, do these carts still work or not? Well to tell you the truth, without a system to test them on I can't really tell myself. But seeing as you'll be spending your hard earned money and there are a ton of scammers out there you've got to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky? Well do you?"

:)

Depending on the game and its rarity, I think that $25 would be worth the risk. Examples: KOF, Viewpoint, Pulstar, Metal Slug....you get the idea. Exactly which games are for sell?

The problem is the items are on ebay so That's why he can't bring em over and the games are mutation nation (pretty sure this game sucks can't remember the review have to check when I'm done posting this) and the other is sengeku. They're carts only too no box or manual.

I don't think they are worth it. Personally, I will not even consider purchasing a Neo game unless it is complete (cart, case, insert, manual).

Yeah, he's right. 25 bucks on mediocre bare carts that may or may not work isn't much of a deal. My advice is to keep looking around.
