question about US/Jap. AES cart.

Ok, quick question, i recently bought my first Neo Geo AES system and its a Japanese model. From what i understand it will play both US/Euro and Jap. carts right? But how does the text conversion work though? Basically if its a US/Euro cart i get English text and if its a Jap cart i get Japanese text? I kinda figured that because i know the US AES system converts the text over. But im sure i could put a bios chip in my geo to convert the text over right? thanks for the help guys.

All carts have the same data on them. The console decides which language you're going to see... In some games you can choose the language from the options menu...

I have a Japanese Neogeo CD and in SSIV I can choose English lauguage. Not that that is very helpful...
