explain to me DEBUG BIO chips in your AES system

I apologize ahead of time if this has been answered a million times, or its some FAQ section, but whats the deal with this? You can but a bio's chip in your neo geo? the system that i have is a Japanese one, so is that going to make a difference? thanks for the replies.

use the search feature and look up debug bios.

Basically it will make it any region. US biosed systems had censorship and some of the older games didn't have language options so so it lets you choose what region your system is from. Also it will allow you to enter codes into games. It will act like a gameshark. If you go to the neo store and click and on the denug bios there is a small faq there for ya.

I think its great


although can be cumbersome always switching the region on it (US in my case)
