Got my 2-slot board today....need help please

Well, I got my 2 slot board and I thought it was going to be a MV-2F, but it's a MV-2B so it has no headphone jack and no memory card reader. My question is, does anyone know the pinout of the headphone adapter? there are 4 points and I know you can use a floppy drive's power cable connector. What I don't know is what each point is.

If anyone can help me I'd really appreciate it. Hopefully that makes sense, also I am looking at the board from top view. So there is the white connector with the 4 pins coming out of it.

Also, while I'm at it, does anyone know of a place that has the memory card readers with the cable for sale?

the center 2 pins are GND, the outter two are audio L and audio R.
