Hilarious.

Im sitting in my night class and my teacher peeked over my shoulder and said "thats not Neo-Geo.com is it?". To sum it up hes a big MVS fan (owns a big red 4 slot) and couldnt believe that Sam Sho 5 kit was at neostore for only $135, he thought it got a pcb release and was shocked to see it was cart. Of course I told him to grab a ROTD kit for the hell of it as well.

Another day, another Neo fan. My A+ please. :emb:

One of my old teachers favorite games was Neo Turf Masters. I let him play my NGPC version. It was cool. Just thought I'd share.

That's great, NeoFight. Anything to get you on a teacher's good side is awesome, but having crazed NEO fanship as a common bond is just over the top. Congrats on landing in the right night class man.:D

My teacher actually helped me get the Neo Geo Gold System. The deal was that if I got at least 5 As in my six classes I would get one. I made this brochure with all the Neo Geo info I could find and showed it to her and told her about the deal. I got an A in all three of her classes and it was off to Babbages soon after. :single tear: :)

Heh heh, it's probably one of the coolest things that happened to me. I was extremely happy and picked up the Gold System w/ Nam-1975 instead of Magician Lord. I think all the kids at the mall were staring at me when I was holding this big Neo Geo box around like a suitcase.

Wow !

I'm happy to see there are more Fans than the most of us here.

I know a lot of people just lurk around, but hey ... That always a "nice find". :)

It may be fun to have an addicted teacher fan of the MVS.

I just once knew one that liked very much Sonic the Hedgehog...

I have had a few conversations with students about video games and none of them ever even knew what the neo-geo was. I think a lot of that has to do with the lack of arcades in my area, because mostly what I hear is GameCube this... xbox that... PS2 this.... blah blah blah.....lol

Being credentialed in December, I won't go out interviewing until around spring break but I get sub jobs just about everyday. I can't wait to get a classroom of my own, which will give me an excuse to buy money puzzle exchanger and make a tabletop or something for the corner of the room :glee:

Oh, and anyone saying "How can this guy be a teacher?"

Here and there are 2 different worlds ;)

But it might be the reason I can explain things pretty well when people here ask me how to make things.
