Just problems with an order that i asked for a refund but they didnt send it. I have sent endless emails to them but nothing.

I have bought a MS5 kit and ROTD kit a couple of weeks ago and SVC pcb kit on friday which was delivered to me in the UK today!
I can quite honesty say I have never come across a more professional seller during my arcade game buying addition! The fastest shipping out there!
The only problem is I will now buy more and more from Shawn now:crying:

Unfortunately that is the address that I have been sending to as well as the customer services one. I wont be ordering from them again thats for sure.

Dude just email Lizzie at NEO STORE and talk about whatever the problem is. Shawn isn't going to dick you over, I've done enough business with him to know he's GOLD. In fact while I'm not going into it (the specifics) as I'm a professional seller/trader/buyer, I just recently purchased a certain MVS Cart kit and got sent the AES cart instead. *But I didn't panic man, I just contacted them and let them know what was up, I've sent it back to them and will get the product I ordered with no problems. So instead of coming onto the Neo Forums and hot breathing, no less talking shit about a man's reputation (in this case Shawn's) why don't you be a "Professional" about it and handle this stuff in coherent emails with the correct representatives or Shawn himself at NEO STORE? Sounds to me like a faliure to communicate on your end, there's no need to cry foul or start shit on the very forums he (Shawn) let's us dwell on and have community. I'm not hatin' on you, I'm just telling you there are more sound and professional ways to handle things like this. Everyone knows Shawn and NEOSTORE is "Good People", and the fact that you'd act a fool up in this place, no less trying to get a MOB going on (which isn't going to happen) to me is just tacky, lame and ridiculous.

The only reason i resorted to coming on here is because it has been ages now and ive emailed lizzie to and i didnt know what else to do and wanted to see if anyone else had had any problems. Im sure they are cool but im just a bit pissed that my money seems to have dissappeared and the last thing it was was a lack of communication on my part. Anyway im not on here to diss anyone i just wanted to see if anyone had experienced anything similar.

I understand your frustration, but Shawn will make everything right, just give him a little time. I would be damn shocked if he doesn't make this right with you soon. I have had several transactions with the Neo Store, and never had anything other than perfect service.

I just started ordering from Neo Store and talked to Shawn on the phone personally last week and he explained everything about my order to me with no problems, so I just can't see him jerking you over.

Badmouthing the store on their own forum? Good idea. Shawn, for what he is, is very fast and proffesional. Much better than just about all the other online stores out there.

So, why try to drag the store in the mud? Just take care of it like a man, and talk with him directly.

I ordered a few items off the neo store and shawn always responded to my emails not within days or hours but always within minutes of it being sent. I don't see why he would ignore anyone.

The NeoStore has always given me the best service. I've only had one problem, a problem w/ a package that I paid to get shipped express and came a few days late(like 4 days). It was the fault of the USPS, but the NeoStore backed me up and got me the cost refunded.

They really back up their customers, and I feel very confident buying from them.

had 2 orders from neo store... with not a problem



any you guys know how to use the retrieving previous order info with email address and password?

save me from typing all the details in again... i don't think i was ever given a password :loco:

that dudes out like a boner in sweat pants. he was just trying to trick someone in to giving something away. he probebly figured the store was not organized and unprofessional. he is probebly emailing lik-sang right now trying to do the same thing.

We have all dealt with Shawn, and we all know he is solid gold. Anyway, nobody here has ever a problem with him or his service that hasnt been resolved. We all know this is a solid slamfest, so lets just leave the noob be.
