i ave matrimelee but as i ave no debug-bios and i only play alone most of the time i dont arrive to get in this game . the solo mode is horrible as there is no story suky music and all , so i recommend you to chek if yu ave a debug-bios and friends to play with 
personnaly i prefer kof 2k , this game has a great atmosphere and he is very funny ^^

Dude, get yourself a debug BIOS. The music on the U.S. version of Matrimelee sucks the big root, but if can switch it to japanese you'll get one of the best (or at least funniest) soundtracks on any fighting game in history.
(there is a lyric guide here for the japanese impaired)
