King of fighters 99 color?

Did they do a red cart like this? I have usually seen black and see through green. Forgive me for my ignorance, could it be Korean?

Actually, i think thats pink and just the result of a bad photographer. If thats the case than i believe its legit. I've seen a KOF 2k2 that came in pink but it was Japanese.
