Does Anyone Know if Samurai Shodown Zero Special Will Have Poppy?

I haven't seen it mentioned any where if Poppy will be selectable either with or without code in SSZS. Anyone know anything about this? I know it may seem strange, but Poppy is one of the only reasons I want SS5 anyway
