my blazing star looks wierd

i bought a blazing star from someone local and the insert looks blurry. the colors are a bit off it seems. the words and stuff are more clear than the pictures. the cart looks ok and it has the gold siezure sticker on it. the label on the cart looks legit too. does anyone else who has this game have a funny looking insert? is it a boot? i dont want no boots fucking up the legitamacy of my collection. is there a foolproof way to see if it is legit? i have a feeling that it as not.
