As I was playing a game, everything was normal when suddenly the monitor switched off, but I still get sound.

Now when I turn it on again, I get sound but the monitor doesn't switch on anymore.

What should I do? I hope my monitor isnt dead.:(

The monitor power supply will have a seperate fuse- check that first. You may be lucky.

Are the heaters glowing in the neck of the picture tube ?

Where is the monitor fuse loacated? I only see the 1 fuse. Thats next to the voltage adjuster.

By the way, I have Super Neo 29.

Eeee..
Different Power Supply..

The schematic I posted will be no help to you..

On my Candy MVS 25 I have a fuse next to the power up switch.

I wonder if the monitors on the Japanese cabs have fuses up near the monitors on the chassis..(?)

I have the manual for my Candy but it's in Japanese..
I don't see anything about a fuse..

Check the harness or if any wires came off etc..

I'm still trying to figure out if monitors have fuses..

I have a schematic/service manual supplement for a Wells Gardner U2000 Monitor (Model 25K2193
I got this with a manual for a US MVS 25..but I don't know what's it's for..
What I'm getting at is on the back of the manual it has a list of parts..
One being for a..
Fuse 3A Fast Blow 5X20MM

............
Also..Check to see if the monitor is plugged in..
Maybe it became unplugged..or is loose.

The monitor in my Candy cab has it's own AC plug that plugs in inside the cab..

Hey,

I have a Super Neo 29 candy cab as well, I think that the fuse is located on the harness where you hook it up to the board. I may be wrong though :spock: ? Try unplugging the board and putting it back on. It could work? Maybe Briggs can help you out?
