!Arcade! and S-Vid Quality on NHG

Anybody know if !Arcade! Is still around? I was wanting to look into getting a new home cart system and getting an S Video mod through them cuz my current mod job sets the shapness WAY to high and there is no way around it (even through my TV settings). The picuture is all grainy and has finnaly got on my last nerve. Certian colors like Blue really show some granyness in the picture. Almost like the entire screen is overcased with a dotty, ugly overlay. Just for an FYI, its not the difference between high res and lower res, its just plain ugly. I wish I could post a pic of it. Anyway, a linky to their site or some some help would be appreciated! Thanks!
