Microswitches on CD gamepad - any economical fix?

I am getting a CD gamepad with messed up microswitches; is there any cost-effective way of replacing them? TIA for any help.

Has anyone else had trouble reaching www.gamesx.com? I can't reach it 50% of the time I try, it just times out. My hosting company sold out and since then it's been nothing but trouble.
