I have a mashed up US LB2 original NGH insert!

Like the title says...I have a mashed up US LB2 original NGH insert. What should I do with it? Frame it, try and fix it some how, etc...give me ideas people? Here's the pictures below:




Oh and when I bought this game it came like this. I bought it on ebay from another Neo collector. He told me it came from the Neo store when it was a new release. The time he recieved it...it came mashed on one side of the box. The game/manual was not damaged just the snap-lock and insert.

Well just let me know your thoughts?

Honestly man, that insert is near worthless.
It really depends on the collector in you. taping it will definitely make it worthless though. framink it would be cool.
That seller told you one bullshit lie BTW. Neo store was not even a thought in Shawns head at that time and no fool would heve accepted a $269 game that arrived destroyed.

I'm looking to buy gamers condition home carts 20 shipped.

I remembered that auction. Here some options.

1. leave it as-ias.
2. tape it.
3. print an insert.
4. buy an insert.
5. sell the game and buy a mint copy.

I will do #3, then wait for #4.

Honestly, if it bothers you get a new case and insert if you can find one... otherwise, sell it and get yourself a new copy No tape is going to fix that damage... I hope you didn't pay a premium for it,

Yeah if you did pay good money for it and it really bothers you then I recommend you sell it and then buy a minty copy.

IMO, don't put tape on the insert, that will make it worse, and lower the value. I would try and find a good case, that would make the game look better. If possible, get another insert, but that will be difficult.

I always wondered what the hell are people doing with the games to get them THAT heavily damaged...

If that was really done during shipping,just imagine what the box must have looked like-damm,i would send it back without even opening it!

Taping it or any other kind of repair would greatly lower the value, even further IMO than it is now.

I assume you knew what you were getting when you bought it?

The other thing you might want to do is remove the insert and frame it or something, just so you don't damage it any further.

Neo Fan - Actually snap-lock case is what I will be looking for but the insert is the big question. Ill probably just leave it as is. If I find a high quality scanned one then Ill use that and frame the original. Yeah the LB2 original insert will be difficult to find and I doubt Ill find one like the manual. Ive already tried for the manual.

Herzog Drei - Well Iam wondering on what to do with mine and selling it wont be one of them. This insert is one of my favs of all time. Well the guy was gonna send the insert and snap-lock back but the store ran out of LB2 copies so I guess he just kept it but he should of got some what of a refund for the game being damaged like this.

SHO - I need some one to scan it for me as I dont have a scanner. I know I will not find a LB2 insert for sale but I guess you never know.

slerch666 - Yeah taping it is a bad idea...lower value is not good. Yes I knew what I was getting when I bought this. I knew it was going to be bad but this bad I didnt realize till it was in my hands. Framing is what most of the people are suggesting...but once I get a scan of it then it will be framed.

galfordo - Dude...SS3 and SS4 were not supposed to be in the picture...how in the heck did that happen...lol...its about the LB2 insert not the SS3 and SS4. SS4 was my goal when I got into the Neo...it took me 1 year to find this title... You know the story I cant sell these too...these are my babies...
