If your other games work OK, I'd say the problem is with your MS3. If this is the case just send Shawn an e-mail, he'll take care of it.

Another wierd thing I noticed is at the start up screen it says
Giga Power
Pro-Gear Spec instead of the usual Max 330 Mega
Pro-Gear Spec

WTF is that about?:spock:

Some of the newer, high meg, games use Giga Power. Basically it allows the Neo to address a larger amount of memory.:D

the "Giga Power" moniker is normal. The newer, bigger carts, such as MS3, use a different memory addressing system then the older carts do, and the SNK marketing division, in their infinite wisdom, decided to take advantage of the that and label the carts that do use the new system "Giga Power".

Ok, after re-inserting the cart a couple of times the game plays fine with sound. Phew! for a min I thought it was messed up for good.

I must of got lucky that 1 time because it's back to having problems with the sound. I guess i'll contact Shawn and let him know.

What usually happens when you recieve a game that doesn't work?

I have yet to receive a game that did not work. Have you cleaned the cart slot? Don't worry Shawn will take care of it if there is a problem with the game.
