Could just about any arcade stick work with a Supergun?

For instance...could a Pelican Real Arcade stick (or anything similar) be modded to work with a DB15 connector for a Supergun or MVS? Or are there certain things that might make it incompatible?

I just ripped open a Pelican stick...

Although the inner workings are very cheap, it looks like they are genuine arcade parts... It has microswitches and everything...

I plan to use them for future supergun/aes/mvs projects... I don't see why they would cause a problem with any of them...

A side note...

AES and MVS boards work with just about any type of controller hack........

When a button is pushed on most standard console controllers, it does not ground completely out. Instead, it grounds it with about 200-300 ohms of resistance.

An AES or MVS have no problem with recognizing a 220 ohm ground out as a button push but most jamma boards require that a button press grounds out WITHOUT ANY RESISTANCE. Therefore most controller hacks are not recomended for use with jamma boards........

The pelican controller should not cause any problems with either setup as it looks like it grounds out completely.
