KOF2003 & metal slug 5 Unibios Raz ?

Has any one got kof2003 to run in Jap with the Razoola V1.2 unibios ?? I can only seem to run in USA mode .... I always run my games in Jap mode, I even reset my memory but no difference it always runs in English ie no bounce !!!!

thats weird, is all the how to play etc in english also when in Japan region?

Hi Raz thanks for the quick reply, yes all the how to play is all in english and in the soft dip on launguage you get the option of usa or others.

I also forgot to say this is in Jap and in MVS, if I run it in jap and AES I get jap writing (how to play) but no bounce....

thats is very strange, I take it an original MVS cart yes? Also if you have a memory card plugged in can you remove it and see if that helps?

Hello Raz I am using a 6 slot board in a cab with no memory card support..All the other games SS0, magical drop3,puzzle bobble,strikers 1945 are running in Jap. but come to think of it I have slug 5 in there also and that is also running in english with no jap text..they are genuine bought from Shawn neo-geo.com....so I would say KOF2003 and metal slug 5 will not play in jap with the v1.2 bios.....

Ahh ok. Im just wondering if both these games dont have good multislot support (as they are initially designed for the dedicated jamma system). I am suspecting that the region may work correctly on single slot hardware, can anyone confirm this for either mslug5 or kof2003?
