HELP!!! with s-video mod...

Hi,

Just got my Jap neo home system back with the s-video mod done. When I hook it up with composite video it looks fine, but when I use s-video ther are little white dots on the screen. How do I fix this? The board is a ver7 Serial # 271000. Any help would be great...

Tried opening the system to check if everything is alright?

That was the first thing I did.. Everything looks perfect, they did a clean job..

Tested the S-Video cable in any other devide to check if it is ok?

What about grounding, everything ok?

Who did this mod job? Contacted him/her already?
