I'm sorry but the carts and the system feel extreamly cheezy. I feel that I could crush the cart if I tried hard enough. For $300+ a game i'm really worried about the quality and it breaking or not working one day.

How well are the AES carts made? are the reliable?anyone had a cart suddenly stop working?

I'm paranoid as hell;)

They're constructed extremely well. I've yet to have one die on me.

Unlike CD/DVD based games, carts are and always will be more reliable.

The carts are very well made. Compare an AES cart to a Genesis cart...there is a notable difference in quality. If you take care of your games they will last forever.

Why do you feel that the system is cheezy?

This appears to be typical of AES carts. I think that this is more or less a common characteristic of AES carts. However, its my opinion that if a Genesis or SNES cart rattles it is due to heavy use and wear. I don't think that this is the case with AES carts.

I love my AES carts

but one thing you gotta be careful for is Heavy wear on the Leads that connect into the slot

I bought a SSIII cart from hong kong, the game LOOKS mint but the leads are really messed up and it has some trouble loading.... I really gotta push it in there....
