I've been around the forums for a few years now and I seen these threads come and go. I thought I would just throw in my good news.

Last Friday I found out the my wife is with child, I'm so excited.
On that same day I got a call from my brother and he told me him and his wife too were expecting. On top of that I just became a Godfather a week ago.

It seems as though everyone in my life at the moment are having children. Must be the water :p

Already have a cat. Besides it's been almost a year that we have been trying to have a baby.

...just make sure you raise your son/daughter to have some back bone and actually think for themselves is all I ask, no plead with you. *The future is going to be a lot more fucked up for any children coming up and we need natural born leaders and ass kickers, not more hum drum lifeless ordinary consumersitc-follow-the-trend-of-the-moment people. So my hats off to you that you'd actually want a child in our bleak day and age... me and the wife have decided not to as of right now. And if we were blessed with a child it sure wouldn't be some punk ass kid. I'm truly happy for you, but do mankind a favor and mold your child into something great, not another fuck off.

Congrats man, the question is... When are you buying him/her his/her first Neo Geo? That way you can buy games and tell your wife they are for the child... :loco:
