Amusing trick in Metal Slug

Not sure whether this is already known..

.. But in Metal Slug 1, after you kill the final boss, you can actually slash his corpse for extra points!

.. That's it. Might be interesting for some people.

Cool, I'll try it next time.

kinda OT, but another cool trick that I think many know is: in the ice level, where the soldiers are pushing the snowballs, you can keep jumping over them and slashing them for a bit of points. They never stop coming, and you can get a lotta points till you're low on time.

I noticed about slashing the final boss for points a couple weeks ago myself... anybody know if he's -killable-?

Thats a cool trick I didnt realize you get points for it. I think I learned about it the second time I played the game!
Ive been able to get 6 or 7 blowS on him, but I probly average 3. You can also knife the Arnold LOOKalike on level 3, but I can only get him twice and blood doesnt shoot out like when you dice Morden at the end.:spock:
