Problems with my sigma

I just got a Sigma supergun from loopz. I'm having alot of problems with it. It only displays in Black and white and the screen has serious rolling issues no matter what I do with the voltage (I assume that is the dial on the side). THere are also some sound issues.

I've tested the super gun on 3 boards

Captain America
Daraku Tenshi
Hyper 64 (revision 2)

All of them have the video issues I mentioned above. CA and DT don't have sound and on the hyper the sound comes in and out.

I think I've got it. (I'm a total idiot btw)
