It seems nowadays game companys are bring back their classic games like Mortal Kombat, Shinobi and some others. Here a list of game I like to see come back.

Final Fight - The greatest beat-em-up game I've ever played. The games had great characters, decent story and Diffcultly. Sadly, Capcom is moving the Final Fight characters to Street Fighter.

Fighting Vipers - I like this game in the arcades. I always wonder what happen to this series.

Darkstalkers - What the F**k is keepings Capcom so long? I've been waiting for a new Drakstalkers game for years now. The closet thing to Drakstalkers I've played was Marvel vs Capcom 2. The lastest news I heard on Darkstalkers was that Capcom was going to release a Comic Book on the series this summer.

Splatterhouse - I love it for Genesis. I hope Namco brings it back

Mega Man - I'm talking about the original series. Not the spin-offs

Legend of the Dragoon - One of the best RPGs on the Playstation. In it's time, It was the only RPG that was able to compete with Final Fantasy. I'm surpraise that Sony didn't make a sequel.

Nights - I loved the game and I want Sega to make another. If not a sequel, I would to see a remake.

Damn, normally I should be able to come up with tons of names but when the time comes I go blank go figure...

although I wouldn't mind another stab at the Strider series...I'm picturing something like Tenchu set in the future...hey that's not bad...

Ikari Warriors 4: Blood Name
---while the game name might be in my head along with the visual concept design of how it should be carried out, I would just like to see another entry in the IKARI series, with a play mechanics similar to that of IKARI III: The Rescue which focused on top-down "beat em' up" in the vein of SNK's P.O.W. and where you could pick up Machine Guns, grenades etc. I think it should be fleshed out better and have the "true" names of the Ikari Warriors used (Ralf & Clark) instead (Paul & Vince), as well as having Leona and Colonel Heidern as selectable characters. The story would be controversial and it be bloody as hell. Of course we all know this will probably never happen unless I can get G.G.I. (*Guerrilla Gamers International) off the ground and do a freckin' Professional Hobbyist "Homebrew Limited" release of it. :( ...heck I'd buy into ATOMISWAVE if SNKP and SAMMY both worked on such a game on that hardware.

Guerrilla War II: "Target Fidel"
---Since he was the Revolutionary turned Dictator where nothing good came out of his initial aims for the people of Cuba, this game should be about a group of International Mercenaries sent in by the U.S. Government to under the guise of another "Revolutionary Front" started by the peoples' there, and the quest is to take him out. (I don't hate the man personally, but it would make a good game.)

Operation Dark Messiah
---TAITO needs to comeback with another of it's "Operation" light gun games complete with realistic looking SMGs or Assault Rifles to pick from... bringning back former Green Beret Roy Adams from Operation Wolf and Thunderbolt along with his comrade Hardy Jones from #2 as well. Probably be with a slant on today's Anti-Terrorism Middle East stuff. Bloody as hell, politically incorrect and with multiple paths. Should have the an MP-5 mock up along side an AK-47 to switch between.

NAM-1965: Innocence Lost
---SNKP needs to ressurect this game in a pre-quel taking place during the actual VIETNAM WAR against realistic enemies and not DR. R. Muckleys Metal Gearish "Death Mobile" in an alternate 1975. The game would show how Silver & Brown met up, starting with the battle at X-RAY as seen in We Were Soldiers.

Odd as it may seem, but I'd love to see another MILON's SECRET CASTLE game.

Only the hardcore could finish this seemingly simple game...difficult does not even BEGIN to describe the gameplay. I believe there was a sequel or remake for the Gameboy some years later.

I'll love to see another Ikari game but I want it to be different from the other games. I would to see Ikari to be a Tactical Shooter like Socom or Rainbow Six but without the realism.

Hmm...

Kid Icarus would be an interesting game to bring back, except maybe set his sights a little higher--or should I say lower--with Icarus going after Lucifer.

Fu'un taking the double-battlefield from Mokushiroku and the tag elements from Super Tag Battle.

Starcraft.

Golvellius (SMS) - I haven't found it but it is rumored that a sequel appeared on the MSX. Anyone have info on? I don't care how much this looked like a rip off of Zelda - I loved it more. Believe it or not - Compile made this.

The Legend of Kage (NES) - a long forgotten game that IMHO was the coolest Ninja game ever made. I loved it more than Ninja Gaiden.

Recently I was reminded of how much I would kill for a new Crystalis game. The GameBoy Color remake was good but let's hope for something new. SNKP does want to make new console tiltles so maybe we'll have a chance.
I agree with all of the NiGHTS suggestions. This game simply has to be revived.
I also agree with-
Final Fight
Ghosts and Goblins
Raiden
Street Fighter
Milon's Secret Castle
and Splatterhouse.

Here's some things that I would love to see get sequels-
Cubivore
Another Crazy Taxi (One of my all time favs)
A new, more realistic SEGA Rally
Grim Fandango (Simply the best adventure game ever created)
Hype: The Time Quest (Hey I loved this "simple" Zelda game)
Magical Drop
Ridge Racer (A true arcade style sequel)
Super Mario Bros. (A 2D sequel, cell shaded for the Cube, or traditional for Gameboy Advance)
Jet Grind Radio (Smilebit's peak, don't let this die!)
The Last Blade
Sengoku
Matrimelee
Rage of the Dragons
Waku Waku 7
Samurai Shodown (A new 3D title in the vein of the Neo64 titles)
Shock Troopers
Panzer Dragoon Saga
Quake (it's going to happen soon, but it's a long time coming)
Chasm: The Rift (I played a lot of this multiplayer back in the day, and I'd love to see it come back)
Rez
Phantom Crash

You know, I could go on and on. So I'm going to end it here.

First and Foremost:

Bionic Commando

Now the rest:

Last Blade

Street Fighter

Kid Icarus

Blaster Master

Chrono Trigger (a real Chrono Trigger, please)

that's all I can think of at the moment

I'm sure there is more I've missed

Funny Ninja Gaiden has been mentioned...while looking for something for my boss at work yesterday, I came across an old game board...yep...Ninja Gaiden :)

Popped it into a cabinet but the pcb didn't work however a little cleaning and attention, tried it again and fired up like a dream. I know I have the marquee somewhere amongst my 100 or so...if I find it, I may set up the game again.

I'd love to see a sequel to that game...same with the SNK classic "Psycho Soldiers" :buttrock:

It was one of my most played games when I was younger

I never managed to play the gameboy editions, but I heard the GameBoy Color version was decent

Streets of Rage 4 is really the only sequel that hasn't been announced for a series that I'm hoping for.

I can think of a few games I'd like to see have sequels or if they have sequels see it get picked up and brought out over here:

Einhander 2 (I wish)

Dragon Force 2 (WTF didn't get this brought over?! I hope it gets picked up)

Rage of the Dragons 2

Ganryu 2

Splatter House 4

Streets of Rage 4

Y's I&2 Remake(Why did Sony drop this for PS2?! Now Konami, picked up Book VI The Dawn of Y's..fuck!)

I wouldn't mind seeing a new Simpsons arcade beat 'em up, with pretty cel shading, lots of original audio, and more playable characters. That would be swell.

I'd also like to jump (err...swing?) on to the Bionic Commando bandwagon.
Captain Rad Spencer needs a new adventure, or else:
