but seriously, kao megura's faq is up on gamefaqs now. he usually does the best job of explaining move properties. it's pretty easy to experiment with different things from there.
kim has supercancels galore in '03, so if you want high damage make sure you have 2 or 3 stocks to use.
here are some of my favorite (and easy) b&b combos with the characters you listed.
kim: j.D, D, qcb + C, qcb + C, qcb + C, sc. LDM
king: j.D, C, df + D, qcb + B, qcb(x2) + D
k': c.B, c.B, qcf(x2) + D
terry: j.D, C, df + D, hcf + D, ff + D, sc. qcf(x2) + D
robert: j. D, B, b + A, dp + D, sc. qcf, hcb + A
