Those are a couple of fucked up controllers. I hope they disconnect from the control panel so you can use them like normal controllers. Still, they look worse than the GBA layout.

I played on one of those a long long long time ago at a stake rink. That second page you posted is missing one of the games that was on the machine "U.N. Squadron"

Are you able to pick up the controllers or do you just play with it like you had a regular SNES controller laying flat on a table?

I almost bought the motherboard/controllers/etc. kit for one of those off of eBay, it only went for $35.00 or so. Never saw the full-blown cabinet before. :)

Nope U.N. Squadron (hmm forget the Japanese name) is a CPS1 game by Capcom and was ported to the SNES. But never on the Super System hardware.

I've seen one of those in one of my old EGM magazines made back in 1994. EGM went on a tour around Nintendo's offices, they got a picture of Nintendo's Vice President and in the background happened to be one of those machines. But the 8-bit NES counterpart of that machine (VS. Unisystem) brought back alot of memories of going my long closed arcade/pool hall/indoor golf joint that was only 5 minutes away.

Haha, I used to play that long ago at a local Peter Piper. Even managed to beat SMW a couple times there. And No you can not pick up the controller. Just imagine it like a huge controller stuck on a table as you play your snes, it's not as uncomfortable as it sounds tho. Kinda cool to see the cab in action :D. I'm surprised so many peeps here didn't even know about it, seeing as how peeps here generally are very well informed regarding rare shit like that. I feel special now :mr_t:
