This situation really sucks but I am hoping that something can be done... Because he still is doing it, wihin a month, I saw him selling the same items with different Ebay ids...

I have his address and phone number. And someone from the forum is ready to help with the situation, He is ready to go to his place and confront him about this and ask for our money back, or we'll contact the local authorities.
Actually, the plan is not defined yet and we'd be glad to ear you advice on this.

So if you still have proofs of all that transaction, like Ebay prints, money order copys or anything else, let us know.
I don't know if we'll get anything back, but it is worth the try.

Let me know if you want to do anything about this, so post any suggestions.
Thanks

You people are just going to have to be more careful. First and foremost, NEVER buy anything expensive from a zero feedback seller.

Also, if their last name is Lewis, stay the fuck away from the slimy bastard :D! (j/k)

No, but seriously, if you're gonna blow a huge wad of cash for some rare game, at least make sure they've got at least 10 positive feedbacks on items of similar value.

Doing a little research here on the forums couldn't hurt either.

Basically, just remember the old adage:

If it looks too good to be true, it probably is ....
