read my post about the spine card and it will tell you what I think of it.

I'd hate to see what Super Mario All Stars with Super Mario World would go for.

It's sealed, unwrap it and watch the value cut in half.

Yeah, I'm a collector myself, so I can sort of understand that mentality. But this is just ridiculous. A mint copy of the exact same game sold 2 hours ago for 12.50$.

That's um ..... about a 900% decrease due to plastic wrapper removal, which is just way too absurd for even me to fathom.

Sure, NGH games are expensive, but they don't lost 89% of their value when you breathe on them.

Did that one ever come out in stores or was it just a pack-in? Or was it some special order type of deal?

I thought I remember it being a pack-in, but I'm not sure.

Oh yeah trust me I don't understand it either, but there is a sealed game market there, and those are the nutters that can't even pretend to be gamers. Saw a sealed GREATEST HITS version of FF7 go for 400...

LOL FF7 greatest hits - someone out there is terribly misguided.

One thing you can't deny is that sealed game is indeed attractive....

For the past 6 months I bought several N64, SNES and Neo CD games and they are all brand new sealed. You will soon realize it worth every penny you spend............

Yeah, I love sealed games too - but that mario all stars nonsense was just way over the top.

Hell I just bought Conker's Bad Fur Day and Perfect Dark sealed and spent the same price as the going rate for loose games. Either way paying that much for a sealed game is rediclious.

I think there was also a "greatest hits" version of the game, so that would make an unopened version like this less likely to still be around... I could be wrong about a greatest hits on All Stars though, and if so, that blows my theory to shit :D

I've never seen a greatest hits version, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't exist. All I can say is probably not at this point :).

Anyway, I shudder to think of what this bad boy will fetch:

I bought a sealed copy of Super Mario All-Stars from my friend's store a couple of years ago, just for the Hell of it, as I already had the bare cart. Time to jump on the bandwagon. ;)

I think I have a sealed Street Fighter 2 Turbo for SNES in the basement.

Christmas years ago, I got 3 copies (different family members) and I'm pretty sure I have one left.

Any takers? :P

If I knew what I know now, I would kept on to my copies of Chrono Trigger, Megaman 7, Megaman x3, and Final Fantasy III. The really sad part is that when I traded them for a Playstation(back in the day), I got like $50 for it all. FUCK!

I think that person that paid that much is a complete retard. I also kind of think people who strive on buying sealed games and keeping them sealed are kind of retarded too.

I mean seriously what's the point of buying a GAME if you don't intend to open it? How do you know it hasn't been resealed with a copy of another game inside? It's like the people with their collections that have them in an air tight case with baggies over their games and when they handle them they wear gloves. Some people just need serious help.

I just don't get it.
