Is getting a paypal account easy?

I am tired of using money orders as a method of payment on these boards, and I want to get a paypal account. Do you need a credit card to get a paypal account, or not? :help:

Paypal takes 3% off of each of your transaction. They are also known to freeze accounts for no reason.

Paypal is NOT FDIC insured, so dont keep anything in your account.
