Ok, I looked at my RE more closely, the instruction book has a slight fold on the back middle. I could scan it if you want to see it. The disc is pretty much flawless. I was shining it up towards a light on an angle, studying it closely and I thought I saw a scratch, but then I lost it. It would pass for mint for sure. So, that's the condition. If you want it, let me know. I'm thinking like $25.
