...Well for those who can't wait for the DVDs, I'm selling all three "George Lucas Approved" Video CDs (VCD) films of Episodes 4-6 all in MINT condition as a pack for $36.00 Grand Total (the six bucks if for S&H), or at $10.00 a piece, and was going to be officially put up in a MEGA Thread I'm starting with anything and everything you can think of in "Everything Else" selling thread tomorrow. But whoever wants em can throw PM about them. Otherwise they'll be "officially" available in the thread with half my MEGADRIVE collection, other VCD movies, Wall Scrolls, HK Movie Posters, Toys etc sometime tomorrow once I'm done pricing everything.

Trust me, these are the 'Special Edition' versions.
Supposedly Lucas destroyed all the original prints.
I have mixed feelings...I LOVED the new X-wing footage during the end of Episode IV...but then there's absolute shit like Greedo shooting first, that really awkward scene of Vader boarding the Star Destroyer at the end of Empire, and that God-awful expanded musical number at Jabba's palace.
Dunno man. The OG trilogy still destroys the new shit. I'll still have to buy it. Too bad the scene with Biggs on Tatooine didn't make the cut.

No shit, that whole extended dance number in Jabba's palace ruined that SE for me. Seriously, why did Lucas think that was a good idea? It wasn't a fuck up of Jar Jar proportions, but a fuck up either way.

Hopefully Lucas, the donkey dick sucking fuck nostril that he is, will give us the option as to what version we can watch, like Spielburg did with ET DVD. Evidently on ET you could watch the old or the "new" version they did on the same disc.
And hopefully they won't turn on Edge Enhancement on this one like they did with the Eps1 and 2 DVDs. There were literally parts on Eps2 where people in the background had their faces obscured because of the EXCESSIVELY EXCESSIVE Edge Enhancement used.
Guess if I don't like it, I can buy the legit ones then hunt down the bootlegs.

Now we're stuck with three opening episodes that look not much better than Video Games w. porno acting in them and cheap laughs... and then a violated original trilogy! *I'm with SLERCH on this one, there's no excuse to not offer "BOTH" version on the upcomming DVDs, otherwise he's just another over bloated ego stroking cheese eating dick monkey, and he deserves to have "Guerrilla" product rise up on DVD using the old LD edition without the enhanced shit on it... that is if it hasn't happened already. Why or why do people (espeically game companies no doubt) forget that it's masses of people who make or break you. In this case there's enough faggots who'd go see something even if they knew it sucked so he'd make back his moeny, or he's counting on this generation of wussy boys to buy up all the marketing tie-ins as usual. Otherwise Lucas should just go crawl up in a hole at Skywalker ranch and stay there. STAR WARS isn't my favorite series of all time or anything, and I know a lot more people who are WAAAAAAAY more touchy on this, but to me it's the principle of the matter, and it looks like "the ethics" got fucked in the ass by it's own creator, and that's not much different than having children only to use them as a sex toy once it's reached a certain age.
