I was thinking about getting for my GBA. Is it any good? Plus, who are the three exclusive characters?

It's awesome - Get it.
The three characters are nothing to write home about. The guy's name is Reiji, the tall girls name is Suja.. I think, it's something like that. Then the other girl looks like a dark Sakura wanna-be. Haven't used her much, but the time I did spend with her I didn't like her at all.
Overall, I think it's the best fighter on the GBA right along with SFA3 Upper.
PS - The last boss is so lame.

Think Goenitz but nowhere near as cool.

I've only seen the guy do a total of 2 moves..
TWO MOVES
His stupid tornado thing and the move where those spirals come out of his hands. What an insanely easy boss too. Just pressure him and he doesn't even guard.
It only got lamer when his second form was the same thing except he was yellow with retarded ki bursts floating around him. Ugghh..

I was actually a little underwhelmed by the game - I guess the NGH versions have spoiled me 
.
However, I must admit that it's a great game for the Game boy Advance. Control seems pretty tight, and the general SNK style is readily apparent.
If you're looking for a nice fighter for the GBA - then I say go for it. That being said - don't expect it to tear you away from your KOF games for the NGH.

The tall girl in red is Jun Kagami. She plays kinda like Shermie.
The anti-Athena is named Miu Kurosaki.
As for the boss, his named is Shinobu and he's Miu's little brother. However, I see what you mean about it being scary combining the elements of Bao and Goenitz.

Pretty enjoyable. The last boss leaves something to be desired(better than '00 Zero). Definitely worth $29.99(I traded in a bunch of crap to get it + 15 movies at babbages(i.e. gamestop)).
