Neo Drift Out Wanted

I want to play this game. I heard there are only 2 versions of this game, MVS and NGCD.

I'll take either one, which ever is cheaper.

condition prefered:

For MVS: cart-only is fine.

For NGCD: originals only.

Does anyone know if this game is rare?

Game is kinda tough to find. I sold one on Ebay about 3 months ago. Went for $190. I would say $100 is a good price.
