Say I have a Japanese Snk vs Capcom MVS PCB Board. Is there a dip that I can flip to change the text to english?
Can I change the text to english on a JPN MVS PCB Board?

Did a search in the tech forum, it says flip dip 3 to change regions.

it works for svc but not for kof2003 afaik. depends on whether the language was even put on the pcb (lazy playmore 
)

Yeah, the SVC board works. But my kof2003 is still in japanese. Wish I can read whats going on.

kafuin, might I ask who traded you an MVS for a PCB? I ask because I have the PCB. I'm not too worried about trading it, I can deal with the Japanese if I have to. I just thought it was cool that someone did that after all.
