Why not take this up with Telegames? If you really believe it is a fake, let them know and see what they can do for you. I imagine that if it is fake they probably don't even know.

this could be true LWK (that they dont know its a copy) when some one I know got some new twinkle star carts from them the carts had crapy blacki and white photo copied manuels inside, and you want to know who was to blame.... SNK! they ran out of manuels and figured they would just use the copies as replacements, they had no idea people were so serious about thier neo games.this is what they told my friend on the phone.
and one of snk;s people in charge over in europe managed to find A spare TSS manuel after A little while.interesting story.

I hate to hear stories like that. I know I want mine to be as genuine as can be as long as the genuine one exists. But if the insert is not a good copy and you at least want a better replicification , I can make a damn close insert that inserted into the case you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Only thing is I cant seem to get the exact type of paper they use and the size. So I must make it in 2 pieces that are joined together. Lemme know.
