Neo Geo CD problems / kof 2003

I was just wondering if anyone knows whats wrong when a neo geo cd turns on and all but cant read the games. it stays in cd player mode and i cant get it to work. Also, how can you make it color in a ntsc set? i brought mine from Brazil and its black and white here.

and.... does anyone know if kof 2003 is being ported to dreamcast?

- Dont use copy game.
- Maybe your lens damage (buy the replacement at neo store)
- You need to add a resistor or two to mod your console & cut some link. I cant remember the link that show u how to do it, sorry.

- No DC port, AFAIK.
