Just another reason why I hate both companies.

How lame is it to make up characters for a crossover? Both universes should be ESTABLISHED before they collide. EA should at least come up with a game starring these "new heroes" before they're in a crossover...common sense!

And Marvel's comics are horrible these days...I thought the 90s were bad for the X-titles, but that's nothing compared to what's happened with Grant, Casey, Austin, and even Claremont lately...:angry:

the marvel license is probably not enough to carry it.
look at the last xmen fighting game that came out. it dropped to 20 bucks
in a few weeks... but then alot of games do that nowadays.

Just when you think Marvel couldn't be more out of touch with its intended fan base, they have to pull EA down to the same level... completely unbelievable. What a train wreck this is going to be.

What was the last fighting game EA made? I can only think of Shaq-Fu.

Heh...I guess the characters from Shaq-Fu will represent EA!:mr_t:

Seriously, I was wondering if they some past characters to use for their side...the only one I could come up with was Katrina from Pirates: Legend of Black Kat. EA's going to have to come up with some REALLY creative characters to match the ones from Marvel; and, judging by the majority of their games, creativity died in that company about 12 years ago.

Why can't they just do a (2D) DC vs. Marvel and call it a truce? Can you honestly think of someone who'd rather have Capcom vs. Efreakin'A?!

It sounds like Marvel is trying to commit suicide and EA is giving them the rope. But damm, it may be good, I mean they will be "heroes" afterall. :cool:
