Since I moved the xbox upstairs to my room, and the wireless connection is all good, I was thinking of moving my pc up there too. I was looking into getting a USB wireless adapter to make everything easier. Anyone got any recommendations, or should I go with a pci card instead?

I was thinking of getting this one

I read some kinda bad reviews about it, but it all seemed to be related to xp, and I run 2000. Anyone use this adapter?

As a hardware freak Ive done many wireless installs using linksys products i cant say anything bad about them. Ive used many of those usb wireless nics that is in that link there its been great. One recommendation is that if you're going to use the linksys software with the card disable the windows xp wireless software or vice versa. Hope this helps

Thanks.

Since I'm using 2000, I wouldn't have to worry about disabling anything right?
