Thank you very much for the compliment... when I was drawing it I was worried about the hands, but gladly they turned out pretty good.

Thank you BarfHappy, I feel flattered ^_^;;;

Would it be too much if I asked you to color it?

good work Mushiki -I always float around here once in a while in the creative section----its good to see more talent coming around these parts- dont worry about the "hands" part it will come with practice ---:) good effects with the colour technique, Barfhappy.

That's pretty cool. Where are his freckles though?

oops forgot them, thx for noticing ^^

Haha, I didn't mean that as a jab. I actually prefer artwork of Ash where his freckles aren't apparent..

How long did it take you to do that, BTW?

I would say it took me around 30-45 minutes.

BarfHappy, thank you very much, I love it, once again, your coloring is simply beautiful.

GunstarHeroBlack, thank you for the compliment, if I get inspired and draw anything else, I will sure post it.

Pretty good! Our preferences of style differ. Next time I would like to see a full body pic to get more of an idea of your style. And I love BarfHappy's coloring! He would probably make my pictures look much better. If only I knew how to color..:(

Great job Mushiki and BarfHappy! Ash Crimson is my favorite character and I'm finally glad to see some fan art of him. :)

Can someone draw him to look less like a teenage girl?

Personally, I don't like the Ash character design - one of the lamest looking KOF characters ever IMO.

Anyway, as to your drawing. Overall, it's pretty solid and your lines are nice and clean. The arm wrapped around his waist, and how you didn't draw the rest of the body to reflect that (i.e. it doesn't look like you even drew the upper arm or shoulder for said appendage) looks pretty awkward - if you get someone to stand and do that pose for you, and compare the real-life example to what you've drawn, you'll see what I mean.

BarfHappy's color job is pretty good, except for the highlights on the hair which are covered in pixels which looks bad. Seeing as the flames are green, I would also suggest some green lighting where the flames light the body - in the interest of realism.

I tried to highlight in green, it looked ugly as hell (look at falcoon s art, no green lightning).

for the hair highlight, i don t understand what you mean, but keep in mind it was a fast job (around 1h) to help :) it s not a 8hours coloring job as i happened to do as CG artist for Etoile.
