Overall, it's Okina, the Chin of the LB series... nice chara design, many surprise tactics, good speed and an easy to do but very powerful super cancel. Cool as cucumber is he!

Next in line would be Moriya, Shigen and Hibiki.

Man, there's so many good characters in this one. I love this one since there's no real killer tier in it, IMHO. I have about 7 or 8 that I use very very well, and all are good, but if I could only pick one, I would say Amano. Hard to master, but very very strong. Only use him in Power mode.

I'm surprised that Moriya and Setsuna are tied. I figured that Setsuna would be the hands down most popular character.

As for me: Kagami.
I can use a lot of characters very well, but Kagami has the attitude/background that makes me want to excel with him.

Z'man is a total bad ass!

I love him in speed mode. WAY fun to play and I love his move selection.

Lee is a close second for me (in terms of fun), but I am not nearly as good with him.

He's a power house, there's not two ways about it. Way too strong, and one of my favorite "freak" characters ever in a series. Only Freeman is better, IMHO, as a freak.
