Basically, one of the great things about KOF EX2 is how much of a maniac Ralf can be. His charge won't so much crush your guard as it will grind it into a fine paste. Waiting for a guy to get up, then charging him again is pure sweetness. But one thing makes Ralf the ultimate killer to end all killers.
The Galactica Phantom is that thing. Yes, it requires "MAX" level. Yes, it can be ducked. Yes, you can just run up to him and throw him. But if you're dumb enough to let him do this move, pain will be in store for you. This pain comes to the tune of 80% damage normally, and instant death as a counterattack.
