Anyone know what chip th Uni Bios needs and also is there a cheap yet universal Eprom Burner I could get to burn this bios?

It uses a 27c1024 chip in a 16-bit DIP40 format.

I would recommend getting a universal Willem programmer and a 16-bit DIP40 adapter.
