WTF happened to my post count??!!

So I had like 680 posts, then today I post something in a thread and I suddenly have like 298. Why is there always silly random shit like that happening here?

Anybody got any ideas as to how this could've happened?

Perhaps some more pruning. A few months back when the boards went to the new format most long time members, myself included, lost thousands of posts. No biggie... you'll get them back. Perhaps some of the posts were moved to the war room, or deleted completly?

If any mods read this - could you please change it back to 680?

Yeah, that makes sense. I'll shelve all my consipiracy theories and will just chalk it up to unrelated threads being moved to the war room or something. Oh well.

To tell you the truth I think all forums should get rid of the post count beeing available to everyone. It is such a pain. It makes people make totally pointless posts.

Shit. It's all so clear now. Back when me and EW got into it, I got all my posts deleted. Then later he set them back to 380 (that's how many I had before they got wiped out), but I never really made those posts since my account was deleted.

So, Mouse Master's "recheck" took off all of the posts that EW had refunded me. The numbers add up perfectly.

680 (the total amount that I had) - 380 (the amount refunded by EW)

=300 (the amount that my gay noob ass has now :crying:

)

Oh well. Mystery solved. I get my jr. detective badge now.

I lost 300 when the ''warroom'' posts got deleted, where I only made 30 in the warroom. I'm pretty sure some mods stole ours to keep it themselves! :loco:
