PowerDVD

takes screen shots and is very nice on other stuff too.
(you gotta go illegal if you dont wanna spend money though)

i have WinDVD and PowerDVD installed.
i don't like the WiinDVD audio codec and i don't like the PowerDVD video codec so i have it configured so the default mpeg2 video codec is set to WinDVD and the audio codec set to PowerDVD and then i play videos in mplayer2.exe
