Outrun 2 coming for both PS2 and Xbox

"Amazon.co.uk reported that Sega will release OutRun 2 for both Xbox and PlayStation 2 in Europe on August 13."



Two racers I am looking forward too, RR6 and OR2. Of cource Out Run 2 is a must have on the Xbox as it will whoop the PS2 port. No offense to PS2 gamers, I also love my PS2, but it is true.;)

I really hope it will come out on the box. I want an arcade perfect port. The game looks awesome and since no arcades near me will ever pay money for a new machine that doesn't involve dancing or spitting tickets out..this is the only way to play it.

Strange, I recall Sega reporting that the Xbox ports of OutRun2 and VirtuaCop3 were cancel due to the system's lack of popularity.

they did, they also said outrun 2 would be ps2 only, so don't buy into this yet, amazon.com isnt sega

Sign me the fuck up if Sega's intelligent enough to release this brilliant game where it belongs, on the Box.

I heard this is due to Sammy. They are making SEGA release these games on multiple platforms.


I just hope we get the Xbox version of VC3. :buttrock:
