Damnit, why do all of Nintendos first party games kick so much ass. Oh and RE series = bliss.

Game Cube is a nice little system to own no doubt. But it's only worthy for the GBA Player and a few select titles like MGS Twin Snakes, Viewtiful Joe, The Biohazard series, and a few others. I've always had a tie between this system and the XBOX in terms of replayablity and fun.

No - I think that's kinda premature too. I'm sure it'll be decent at worst - but alot of it will probably be old hat to PS2 owners.

Anyway, I've got a GC and an X-box - and IMO, the GC wins hands down. X-box just doesn't have enough hard-hitting exclusive titles. GC definitely seems like it's more suited to gamers rather than the "buy the biggest and sexiest" mentality of the general public.

Xbox has Crimson Skies. Which makes it 1 billion times better than GC.

I haven't liked a Nintendo console since SNES.

Count me in, I adore my Cube, as much as all Nintendo's systems. especially NES/Famicom days. GB Player alone is worth owning, along with all the wonderful Cube games, like the RE Anthology

All Sega's titles on Cube are so damn great (Except I still have a grudge about Sonic Heroes..give it more time I think)...Yet if anyone of you has Phantasy Star Online on Cube still, give me a PM, I enjoy playing online alot

I agree, the GC is one kick ass little system. I used to hate on the GC all the time, saying it was "just for kids" and that it lacked any great titles. But after some thought and getting a GC for christmas, most of my time has been devoted to mario kart, pso, ikaruga, and the zelda disc. To me the gamecube may not have that many good games, but the ones it does have are so good that its hard to pass up. My ps2's been getting mighty dusty in the past few weeks, and now my thoughts of ever buying an xbox have ceased to exist. Plus I have yet to play the RE games and with MGS twin snakes and PSO III comin out in the next couple of months, Ill have plenty to keep me busy.

Twin Snakes is coming out in march, and it's a remake of the PSX MGS, not MGS2.

I bought MGS on release but traded it in a deal to get a home system back in 99.

Since then, I have wanted to play it again, but I'm saving my interest for the GC version just because I know it will be better. I mean, thjis is a joint effort between Kojima and Miyamoto. That's a good enough reason to buy it.

hmmn... special MGS TS package in japan includes TS, a special game cube, and a disk that has the original MG from the NES... and an art book.

I'm just waitin for PILOTWINGS baby... its all about pilotwings and hopefully RE 4 will be another one to look forward to. Cant go wrong with a GC.

Yep, both of those games are fantastic third party games. Congrats to Treasure (as usual) and Capcom for such kick ass games.

my next Cube title I cannot wait to get a hold of, Mega Man Anniversary Collection mmm nostalgia at it's best...along with MGS Twin Snakes, Zelda: The Four Swords +, and RE4 (You know you want it, you know you looove it)

Wow, someone other than myself likes PilotWings? Man, that game was GREAT on SNES, and while it was a bit lacking, still very very fun on N64. I can't wait for a new PW.

Anyhow, I'm loving Metroid Prime right now. Best game made in the last few years on *any* system. Period.

Last, Treasure needs to bring out another shooter for the cube!
Ikaruga did decently well.... please bring out another. No one else will....

I have eternal darkness, one of my all time favorite games! Funny you should mention, as I am replaying it just as of yesterday, What happens when you beat it 3 times, getting all items? I noticed that Chatuga (or whatever the name is) was gone this time (as I fought him my last game) :confused:

I love my GC and I usually use IGN's head to head to decide on buying ports between the GC and PS2.

Usually the GC wins, but there are rare cases where PS2 games are surperior.

I'm looking to get an Xbox somewhere down the line (hopefuly when there is a price drop)

I haven't beat it for the 3rd time yet..... I got distracted with other games as well....

I think it was Super Monkey Ball2 that took me away from it.

I won't read about it either because I don't want it spoiled lol.

RE series is fantastic, especially the remakes. 4 will simply be amazing and I typically enjoy RE over SH. Zelda speaks for itself, still amazed that they released the 64 versions for cube, greatest thing nintendo ever did.

Oh and Killer 7, need it now.

I still really like wind waker as well. Most people do not agree... but what a great adventure that was, In my opinion.

I like the pirate story... ARrggh.
