Because I was seriously tempted to today. I was in EB and looking for something for my nephew for his birthday. As I'm looking at the bottom row I just hear a voice say "excuse me." When I looked up and fumbled for the word "sorry" I realized why I fumbled. This girl was friggin hot lol. Basically, put Julia Stiles' face on a nicer looking body. She had to be like 19-20, and I so would've hit on her if her manager wasn't sitting right next to her. Ugh sorry about that, just had to get that out. Anyone else get these from time to time?

When I managed a Software Etc, one of my employees was a 17 year old girl. She was pretty hot too, nice face but a smoking body you know? Anyway, it was a total pain in the ass having her work because all these teenage guys would come loiter in the store. She couldn't get any work done, and the store was overcrowded (it was a tiny store as it was).

In reality though, I don't think she was much of a gamer.

Hm, this is what I wanted to avoid. Dirtbags who know nothing about me talking, or rather, typing shit about me. It takes a whole lot of balls to tell me I need to grow a brain and balls on the Internet. Congratulations, I hope you feel better knowing that you haven't insulted me. Nothing personal, just an observation.

And as far as needing help "getting girls," I have nothing to prove to anyone on here. And that's just as good as saying "oh I banged this bitch and that bitch." Nothing can be proven anyway, it's all just text. All I was trying to do was make an observation about how uncommon it is to see a really good looking girl work in a game store. At least around me it's a rarity. I have yet to come across a guy that hasn't at some point been dumbfounded momentarily by a woman he found very attractive in a place he didn't expect to find her.

Game store girls are a rare thing here in Australia but then again just about everything game related is. But it's slowly picking up. I know 1 game store girl but she works for a privately owned game store so she dresses like a slut. I wouldn't hit on her unless I wanted some.

Then again, if they're lucky, I visit a "game store" once a year.

But I do know girl gamers. One girl has a PS2 and she likes Resident Evil and Silent Hill games. She's also into DDR.

I've worked with a few "gamer girls"... wouldn't consider them "hot", but it's still hilarious working with them. I don't know why, but it's funny when some dork or some guy that's just waaay too old to be hittin' on these girls gives it a go. Lets be honest - if you've got a front row seat it's pretty pathetic watching any guy try to make a move, but this is a whole new level. I try not to laugh while the 'purp' is in the store, then point and laugh at the 'victim' when it's all said and done. They say "shut up, Goracke, it's not funny", I say "yes it is", they laugh... and it's back to square one. :tickled:

So the answer is no. But hey, if you can do it right, more power to ya.

Actually the lot of you are wrong in thinking that HOT women don't work in game stores. *With the exception of a few, most of the chicks I see at EB Games and Game Stops are on the hot meter. Varying in shape and size mind you, but not so ugly that a man wouldn't hit on them upon coming in. ---In fact I worked with a couple of them not too long back. THE PROBLEM IS... #1> Either they don't play games at all, and were hired because it's an equal opportunity establishment and the boss man was thinking with his "other" head... OR, #2> The chicks ARE gamers, just not of the die-hard sort. They know what's in the store like PS2, XBOX or G.C. one out of every 7 actually even know what a NEO:GEO is and have played one, or are apart of the emulation scene regarding it. Due to the nature of guys being the horn dogs we all are... most chicks usually quit the job once it becomes apparrent even when some have wedding bans on, that some dude who's been locked up in his room for a week playing the latest Final Fantasy, wants a GF... and has racked up enough "Experience" points of gumption to ask her out.
