My man! Mickey's style at all times - this week included the usual suspects:

Mickey's Fine Malt Liquor
Yuengling Lager
Yuengling Black & Tan

And some infrequent ones:

Baltika (AVOID this - it's a "premium" Ukrainian pilsner-type beer, and has a really cool bottle, but tastes like straight-up DISHWATER)
Czech Rebel
Sam Adam's Winter Lager (Pretty good, surprisingly - I don't usually like a lot of Sam Adam's beers)
Strongbow Cider
AND the best beer ever:
Victory Golden Monkey Tripel - my local bar just got this dangerous brew on tap. 10% and super-tasty = massive hangover.

You diss the homeland, you die.

THE UKRAINE IS NOT WEAK.

Seriously, I haven't tried that one yet, but there are some good Ukie beers out there.

I forgot the names of them though. :spock:

It's true, there are some good Ukrainian beers - I picked a few of these Baltikas up because I'd had another decent beer from the Ukraine (forgot the name too) and figured I'd give it a shot. Serious mistake. Every country has their own Natty Light - in this case, at least the bottle's cool.

Sorry still no beer for me... but I have been dibble dabbeling in the vodka a bit. Lots o' Shakers this weekend... Thank you to Djdelly for introducing me to that fine drink. But oh the Sunday hangover was bad.

As always:

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
Pilsener Urquell

Both relatively cheap (damn, Sierra Nevada went down AGAIN and is now $21.50 a case, and Pilsener Urquell is $22.00 a case). :)
